Bird Navigation

Navigation lays important role in the life of Bird. There is not a single bird, which never navigate from one place to other. If one try to forcefully navigate bird or animal from there location, they will come back to their original location without wondering here and there. Birds used to have good memory and eye sight. With the help of good memory they used to select direction, in which they have to go. It is very well known that with the help of sun birds used to fid direction. Birds used to have internal clock fitted inside their body. Birds used to do calculation internally in their mind. According to sun they fix the directions. Normally bird used to seat looking towards the direction where they need to fly. There are some species which used to navigate in night. It is possible with the help of stars location in sky.

Car birds navigate themselves according to Earth’s magnetic field. Recently scientist found that small amount of iron oxide in skin of pigeon. This iron oxide used to spread in all three directions, so that it gets catch by earth magnetic field. There are some pigeon which have non magnetic bars found their way finely. There are so many birds which use sun, stars, Earth magnetic field which helps them to fins homes.

What makes birds to navigate, its not for change, But it need for food and shelter. Birds use to navigate to other places as season gets changes. They never used to navigate lonely. They always went in bulk amount so that no one misses out in middle of journey. Some birds which miss their ways, its become difficult for them to get back to correct path. Birds normally prefer to navigate in sunlight. Sunlight helps them to locate direction. With the help of wings and structure of their body they use to fly with high speed. Birds always used to be in search of food, wherever they find food they used to settle their. It is also necessary for look after weather of that place.
