Dry Rot In Refurbished Building

The dry rot is formed in the places where there is water remains otherwise no proper ventilation is available at these areas. With the effect of providing air to these areas it can be cured. But preventing the dry rot is better than curing it. It is mainly found in most of the buildings where the effect of the rain is much. When it rains the walls of the building is washed and then it is not treated any more. When the sunlight falls on this area, the rots are formed at these places with mixing of the moisture and it becomes necessary to use proper drying techniques. When the building is not maintained properly then this case arises. It appears green or ochre yellow in color. It has to be investigated with good techniques.

Dry rot and its treatment

While treating these dry rots the first part is to rub the old coat that is totally damaged with the rain. It has to be performed when it is dried through sunlight. A coating is to be applied on the walls at the exterior and the interior part. When the coating is applied on these walls they get are prevented from the formations of the rots. When the rots are formed they form the fluid which then damages. This is due to the excessive effect of the water which gives the regular formations of rots. When they are not dried, they are badly affected.

Other measures

The only process to decrease its rots is to paint the damaged portion. The dry rot is then removed by rubbing the wall. As the procedure of drying is not taken into account, there is no proper technique for this procedure to be cured. The dry rot formed at the walls of the house or the refurbished building is to be treated with same technique. The technique is then utilized at a specific time which will show its effect accordingly. The maintenance of the walls is best possible by checking the corners of the building which is through the investigation. The identification process is then made by the dry rot sensing devices and they can detect them as soon as they are applied.
