Heavy Duty Caster

One of the significant uses of the heavy duty casters are its use for trucks, which are used for general utility services. These heavy-duty casters are used in platform trucks and trolleys. The double ball races in these heavy-duty casters have been toughened by the swivel casters. The capacity of loading of these heavy duty casters is 2400 LBS. The bolts in these heavy-duty casters are provided with spacing having range from 2-5/8" to 3" X 3" to 3-5/8"approximately.

The plates which are used in these casters are generally of two types like swivel plate and rigid plate. The size of the plate in such heavy-duty casters is 4" X 4-1/2" approximately. The wheels in these heavy-duty casters are constructed by molding the rubber on it. The wheels that are used in the heavy duty casters having a diameter of 8".

The caster kit of the heavy duty casters are incorporated with two swivel and two rigid casters. These heavy-duty casters are very useful for trucks like utility trucks, trucks that are platform and trolleys. As far as the capacity of such heavy duty casters are concerned, these casters have a capacity to load 2000LBS and it gets changes according to the types of heavy-duty casters.

These another type of heavy duty casters are also designed by providing space to the fitting of bolts having rage from 2-5/8" to 3" X 3" to 3-5/8"approximately.the size of the plate which is used in the heavy duty casters is approximately 4" X 4-1/2". The wheel that is made in these casters is manufactured by molding rubber. The diameter of the wheel that is designed in the heavu duty casters is having a diameter of 6 inches.

These casters are called as heavy duty casters because they are specially designed for heavy transportation needs. These heavy-duty casters are categorized according to their uses for heavy loading type of work. The casters like polyurethane casters are also called as heavy-duty casters, which supply a cushioned type of coating to keep the loads and transporting material safe and well protected. In addition, rubber-molded casters are also called as heavy-duty casters that provide the facility of floor protection.
