There many ways to pamper a pet. Dogs are the most loved pet animals through out the world. Thus, it enjoys all the pleasure of being the most pampered animal on earth. Today dogs of all sizes are loved and at the same time welcomed by the community. The dogs also own a personal house of their. A dog house is known as a kennel. It is a place where the dog can sleep during nights and relax when he is not in a mood to play. Now days there are many types of kennel's available in the market for dogs.

Small kennel:

Buying a ready made kennel for a dog can help the person for making a hole in his own pockets. Hence, it is very much advisable for one to build his own kennel according to ones own needs. The most necessary and basic facility that a kennel should have is that it should be well designed for ventilation and drainage. The kennel should be very convenient for cleaning purposes and sanitation as well. The flooring of the kennel must be made up of wires instead of plastic or wood as it easier to clean and also does not cause any kind of injury to the dweller. For making multi tiered kennels, concrete can also be used. But a concrete kennel has more number of disadvantages than advantages which makes it a very bad idea for usage. For better drainage system, one can make the kennel sloppy so that the water flows out of the kennel easily. Hence, it makes the kennel much more hygienic. The location is very important in building or setting up a kennel.

Conclusion:

For all the small dogs it is very necessary to buy a small or a custom made kennel for it. It is no use for a very small dog to live in and eat in a very big or rather tall kennel. Also the expense of maintaining a very big kennel is a lot more than that of a small kennel. It is thus clearly seen that the requirement of the animal should be met with cost effectiveness.
