Spraying For Trees

Spraying is an important aspect of gardening of plants. It is very important for the growth of the plants. For spraying you can use insecticides as well as the hormones, growth regulators.

These are very important for the growth of the plants. If spraying is done properly then the insects will not attack the plants. Spraying process of the insecticides is important since due to spraying the insecticides or the growth regulators which you are spread evenly.

Types of Pumps:

There are two types of pumps mainly. The hand held pump and the hose end pump. The hand held pump is also called as pump- up type. This type of pump results in the proper mixing of the insecticides or pesticides or the growth regulators.

Also it does not require any external source of energy. So hand held pump is economic as well as effective. So you can use it for your garden. But there is a disadvantage of this pump that is that this pump will not reach the tops of the trees.

The pesticides which are available in powdered form when mixed with water should be diluted properly for its effectiveness. This dilution has two major advantages the plants will be able to absorb this insecticide without any trouble and they will not suffer from the ill effects of the pesticides or insecticides when properly diluted.

Note that the dwarf varieties are easier to spray then the tall varieties obviously. Also note the fact that the tall varieties are tremendously more vigorous then the dwarf ones and so they are more resistant to diseases so they require less spraying. If you donot subject them to stress then they will grow properly without any diseases.

The measures to be taken when using chemical pesticides for spraying:

For mixing of pesticides you have to follow the instructions which are present on the pack. Donot forget to wear appropriate clothing when you are spraying the pesticides. Use rubber gloves.

Use accurate amounts of pesticide with the help of measuring spoons and other measuring equipments. Clean the pesticide spraying machine to avoid over exposure to pesticides.

The plants which are taller and are not pruned properly require time to spray do not over spray the trees or the plants this will waste the resources and the plants will be stressed due to over spraying. This is all about the spraying processes ant their principles.
